The Reality
You've built an impressive life.
From the outside, it looks like you have it together.

But here's what nobody sees:

The 3 a.m. anxiety about the thing you forgot.

The shame spiral after you miss a deadline — again.

The exhaustion of performing “normal” every single day.

The sneaking suspicion that you're one bad week away from everyone finding out.

You're not failing.
You're running a marathon in shoes that don't fit.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Andrea Le.

I'm a dentist. A home renovator. A coach. And I have ADHD.

I spent years thinking I was faking it — that one day the precision my career demanded and the chaos my brain produced would finally collide, and everything would fall apart.

It didn't.

Instead, I realized something that changed my life: my ADHD wasn't the thing I was surviving. It was the thing that made me good at what I do. The hyperfocus that gets me through a complex procedure. The vision that looks at a wrecked house and sees exactly what it could be. The intensity that makes me care deeply about every person I work with.

I stopped fighting my brain. I started designing my life around it.

Now I help other women do the same.

What if your ADHD isn't the problem?
What if it's the thing you've been succeeding because of — not in spite of?
The hyperfocus that lets you disappear into work you love.
The pattern recognition that makes you the smartest person in the room.
The emotional depth that makes people trust you instantly.
The creative chaos that builds things nobody else would think to build.
That's not a disorder.
That's a genius — yours.
The Problem
Most ADHD advice falls into two camps.

Camp one treats you like you're broken.
Manage your symptoms. Cope with your deficits. Try harder to be normal.

Camp two tells you ADHD is a superpower.
Which sounds great on Instagram and means nothing on a Tuesday when you've lost your keys for the third time.

Neither one is the whole truth.

The truth is messier. And more interesting.

ADHD is complex. It's hard sometimes. And it's also the source of your greatest strengths — if you learn how to work with it instead of against it.

That's what we do here.

How It Works
The Plan

01

Discover

We map your unique ADHD profile. Not the textbook version. Not your diagnosis paperwork. Yours. What lights you up, what drains you, where your genius lives.

02

Design

We build systems, rhythms, and environments that match how your brain actually works. No more forcing yourself into someone else's productivity framework.

03

Thrive

You step into your life — your real one, not the neurotypical template you've been wearing — with confidence, self-compassion, and a plan that sticks.

What Changes

Without this work

The same cycle: burnout, masking, recovery, repeat.

White-knuckling your way through a life designed for someone else's brain.

The quiet voice that says maybe I'm just not good enough getting louder every year.

With this work

You stop apologizing for who you are.

You have language for what makes you different — and you use it with pride.

You build a career and a life that feel like yours.

You sleep better. You laugh more.

You finally exhale.

Before You Book

The questions people ask me.

How does this start?

A 15-minute consultation for $1. We meet, and we both decide whether this is a fit. If it is, I'll send you the link and you book your first session.

What happens in a session?

Fifty minutes, the two of us working it out. You bring what's in the way; we build the next move around how your brain actually works.

You leave knowing what you're trying, and why it fits you.

How long until something changes?

We change small things, one at a time. Some land immediately. Some don't — and when one doesn't, that's information, not failure. We adjust and keep going.

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy asks why you are the way you are. We start from how you're wired and build forward.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. If your brain works this way and you want to work with it instead of against it, you're in the right place.

I've tried this before and it didn't stick.

Most plans are built for brains that don't work like ours. This one is built for an ADHD brain — specifically yours.

When something doesn't stick, we change the plan. Not you.

What does it cost?

$200 a month for one 50-minute session. $375 for two — message me and I'll set that up. Unused credit rolls over.

What if I miss a month?

It happens, and it's fine. Cancel any time, and anything you've paid for rolls forward.

I'll check in — not to chase you, but because I'd rather know. We pick it up when you're ready.

What if I need to reschedule?

Twenty-four hours' notice and it's no trouble at all. A session missed without notice is $25.

You've spent your whole life
adapting to a world that
wasn't built for you.

What if you stopped adapting and started building?

One conversation. No pressure. We map what's possible when you stop fighting your brain and start using it. Pay $1 to book your spot.
